Terms of Service for Spicy Triivia Bot

By inviting the Bot to your Discord server or using the Bot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the Bot.

Spicy Triivia Bot is a Discord bot designed to provide trivia games and questions for entertainment purposes. The Bot may include features such as:

• Generating trivia questions
• Keeping score for participants
• Providing leaderboards

3.1. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot.

3.2. You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3.3. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Bot complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Use the Bot to spam, harass, or violate the Discord Terms of Service.

4.1. The Bot and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Spicy Boi.

4.2. The trivia questions and answers provided by the Bot are sourced from https://the-trivia-api.com and their use is subject to their respective terms.

5.1. The Bot may allow users to submit or transmit content. You retain your rights to any content you submit, post, or display while using the Bot.

5.2. By submitting content, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Bot.

5.3. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third-party rights.

6.1. The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Spicy Boi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Bot.

8.1. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Bot or any features or portions thereof without prior notice.

8.2. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be on this page.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
